About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived online by creating high-quality visual and written content. As a Content Creator, you will handle everything from photography and videography to social media management and influencer collaboration. Success in this role means creating compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement, grows our audience, and enhances Liberation Cocktails’ presence across all digital platforms. This role is integral to our marketing strategy and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality imagery and video content showcasing our products in creative and engaging ways. Ensure visuals are consistent with our brand identity and meet professional standards.
• Creative Scriptwriting & Video Direction: Develop engaging concepts, scripts, and storyboards for short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Collaborate with the team to execute ideas effectively.
• Influencer & Creator Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and content creators to source authentic user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand values. Manage influencer relationships and ensure successful partnerships.
• Social Media Management: Publish and manage content across social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and adapt strategies based on platform trends and analytics.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Help shape our content strategy by identifying opportunities for creative campaigns and initiatives.

Preferred Educational Qualifications:

While not strictly required, a Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in one of the following disciplines (or a closely related field) is highly desirable:

• Film Studies, Cinematography, and Film Production
• Advertising
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Digital and Social Media Marketing
• Digital Content Creation
• Journalism

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with influencers, creators, and internal teams.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary £28,000 - £35,000 OTE
