Refund Policy

1. Overview


At Liberation Cocktails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

 

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility


Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in cases where:

  • You received the wrong item,

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective, or

  • Your order was incomplete or never delivered.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@liberationcocktails.com
Please include:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the issue, and

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

After verifying the issue, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

 

4. Order Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processing begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.

 

5. Refund Processing Time


Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items


We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products,

  • Items purchased through third-party retailers,

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
