Delivery to Northern Ireland & Scotland

Orders are dispatched on the same schedule as the rest of the UK. DPD estimate 2 working days for delivery to these areas, but please allow up to 3 working days to be safe.

Delivery Location

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail forwarding companies. We do ship to overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey) but at additional cost.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as we start packing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and a tracking link. Please note it can take a little time before tracking information becomes active.

VAT & Customs

VAT is payable on all orders shipped to a UK address, regardless of where the order is placed.

Undeliverable Packages

If we're unable to deliver to the address provided, your package may be returned to us. We'll refund the cost of the goods but not the shipping. If incorrect address details or a postcode were supplied, an additional shipping charge may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Liberation Cocktails cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered. This includes parcels left in a safe place or a communal area at your request.

Updating or Cancelling an Order

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to amend items, change recipient details, or update the delivery address. If you need to cancel, please email us at contact@liberationcocktails.com as soon as possible — once we've started packing, cancellations are no longer possible.

Age Verification

By entering our website, you confirm you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence. An adult signature may be required on delivery.

Ordering a Gift

Orders are delivered in Liberation Cocktails branded packaging and include a packing slip showing the prices of your goods.


Delivery Terms

The delivery costs and estimated dates will be shown at checkout. Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control — see the section below for more detail.

If no one is available to receive your order and no specific instructions have been provided, our carrier will typically: leave your parcel in a safe place; leave it with a neighbour; or leave a card so you can rearrange delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them when placing your order.

Delivery is considered complete when our carrier delivers the parcel using one of the methods above, or when you or someone on your behalf collects it — at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If a delivery attempt fails and you don't rearrange delivery or collect from the carrier's depot, we may charge storage and further delivery costs. If we're unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to end the contract and charge reasonable compensation for costs incurred.

You own the products once we've received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges, VAT, and any other applicable taxes.

If we've agreed a delivery deadline and we miss it, you may cancel your order if we've refused to deliver, or if you made clear before placing the order that the deadline was essential. If you'd prefer not to cancel immediately, you can set a new reasonable deadline — and cancel if that isn't met either. Cancellation in either case must be communicated to us without delay.


Events Outside Our Control

We won't be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes (but isn't limited to): carrier failures, strikes or industrial action by third parties, civil unrest, terrorist activity, war, fire, flood, storm, earthquake, epidemic, or failures in public telecommunications or transport networks.

If such an event occurs, we'll contact you as soon as reasonably possible, take steps to minimise the impact, and arrange a new delivery date once the situation has resolved. Our delivery obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

If the disruption continues for more than 30 days, you may cancel your order. To do so, please contact us. If you cancel, we'll arrange collection of any goods already received at our cost and issue a full refund including delivery charges.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, refuse delivery, and notify law enforcement where we reasonably believe an order involves fraudulent activity or any attempt to break the law.
